1. Say ‘please’ whenever asking for anything
2. Say ‘thank you’ whenever you receive anything
3. Do not use profanity on a regular basis
4. Never talk down to anybody
5. Does not gossip about others
6. Speak in a positive manner
7. Doesn’t say anything hateful about anyone! Whether sexist, racist, homophobic, bigoted, it’s disgusting!
8. Wait to speak and do not interrupt
9. Know when to shut up
