Does a “perfect life” even exist? Many people are on a relentless pursuit to find the perfect man, the perfect relationship, to limit stress, anger… any negative feelings that interfere with a happy life. But sad feelings are a part of life. Trying to push feelings away without working through whatever lies beneath them never works. If you want the perfect life, you have to accept the truth of where you are in your life. Life isn’t perfect. It’s messy. It’s challenging. It’s full of ups and downs. Trying to make it perfect will prevent you from enjoying all that life has to offer.
